• Will fit a wrist or ankle with the MAX circumference of 12 1/2 inches
• Including synthetic fur lining the cuffs are 3/4 inches wide
• They stand 2 1/4 inches tall
• (2) 1 1/4 inch D-Rings
• (2) 1 5/8 inch locking buckles (Locks Included)
